Location: Tower Hill / Farringdon - Hybrid

Our client, a homeless charity, is seeking a proactive HR Systems Administrator to support the implementation of a new People systems suite (HRIS, LMS, and ATS) as part of a wider transformation programme, with a focus on data accuracy, coordination, and delivery to fixed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Systems Implementation Manager with gathering, validating, and preparing data for HRIS migration.
  • Assist in completing data migration templates and related project documentation.
  • Support the implementation of new HR systems and improvements to People team processes.
  • Attend project scoping and planning meetings with stakeholders, SMEs, and HRIS suppliers.
  • Work collaboratively with SMEs and project teams to manage overlapping implementation timelines.
  • Provide administrative support across all system implementation activities.
  • Assist with system configuration, including workflows, processes, and notifications.
  • Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful delivery.
  • Deputise for the Systems Implementation Manager when required.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience using administrative systems and procedures in a professional or volunteer environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Experience supporting and delivering projects within agreed timescales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
