We are delighted to be partnering with a prominent secondary state school in the London Borough of Hounslow to recruit an HR Manager.
The Role
- Compliance & Systems: Maintaining the Single Central Register (SCR), personnel files, and HR systems with meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
- Absence Management: Coordinating sickness absence, managing maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, and providing supportive guidance to staff regarding compassionate leave.
- Performance Cycles: Proactively driving the probation and appraisal processes across the school to ensure consistency and timely completion.
- Employee Lifecycle: Managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including recruitment support, pre-employment checks, induction days, and insightful exit interviews.
- Reporting & Development: Producing routine HR reports to inform leadership decision‑making and working collaboratively to continuously improve the employee experience.
- Collaboration: Assisting with payroll administration and ensuring all HR policies are user‑focused and up to date.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong HR administrative background, ideally within the education sector.
You will be a champion of confidentiality, possess excellent organisational skills, and have a natural ability to offer clear, competent guidance to colleagues at all levels.
