Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £17- £19 per hour (Umbrella)

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver efficient HR support to employees across the UK.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee lifecycle queries, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage and allocate HR queries through the cloud based email system.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities using iTrent.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain HR Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the People Centre Manager with audits.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records within the HR system.
  • Process leavers and contractual changes in line with payroll deadlines and statutory obligations.
  • Produce key MI to People and Estates team as well as adhoc requests using People Centre Power BI dashboard.

Essential Requirements

  • HR administration and onboarding experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience using integrated HR payroll systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
