HR Advisor, 6 month FTC – Higher Education – Cambridge with hybrid working – c£34,000
This is a great opportunity for an HR Advisor to support an organisational change project at a highly respected higher education organisation.
Responsibilities
- Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner you will be working on an organisational change project. Your key accountabilities will include:
- Supporting on complex change programmes including restructures, redeployments and Tupe projects
- Assisting with sensitive and high-risk casework
- Supporting positive change and continuous improvement
- Assisting on workforce planning initiatives
You should be an experienced HR Advisor with a broad HR Generalist skill set ideally gained within higher education, NHS or other large public sector organisation. Experience of providing effective HR advice and guidance to managers needs to be combined with a strong knowledge of HR best practice. Ideally you will have worked on organisational change projects and will be CIPD qualified.
