Housing Support Worker

We are looking for an experienced Housing Support Worker to support ex-offenders in achieving stable housing and independence. The role involves providing person-centred support, managing properties, and collaborating with partner agencies.

Job Role: Housing Support Worker
Location: Colchester
Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide weekly support and life skills assistance to service users
2. Manage 3-4 properties, ensuring they meet required standards
3. Support move-on planning and engage with agencies to ensure successful outcomes
4. Occasionally work Saturdays with a day off in lieu

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Enhanced Adult DBS and HMPPS clearance
• Car driver with own vehicle and valid business insurance
