Join us as a Housing Support Officer, where you'll be the first point of contact for residents and play a crucial role in providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for people at risk of homelessness. From day-to-day support and reception duties to first aid and fire safety responsibilities, the work you do will make a meaningful difference.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a caseload of residents and create tailored support plans
  • Monitor rent accounts and take early action to prevent arrears
  • Promote tenancy compliance and respond to anti-social behaviour
  • Support residents to access training, employment, and community opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
