Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real difference in local communities? We\’re working with a respected housing provider in Glasgow who is seeking a proactive and community-focused Housing Assistant to join their team.

In this varied role, you\’ll support Housing Officers in providing high-quality housing services – including allocations, estate management, tenancy sustainment, and customer support. You\’ll be a visible presence in the community, helping residents with day-to-day housing matters and working closely with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

• Experience in a housing or related customer service role
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• A genuine commitment to supporting tenants and improving communities
• Knowledge of housing policy and legislation
• IT literacy and solid administrative ability
