Your Role
- Provide housing management and support services to residents, empowering them to build positive futures.
- Support residents with housing needs, monitor rent accounts, and minimise arrears through early intervention.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver exceptional services.
- Ensure residents' wellbeing through assessments, person‑centred action plans and safeguarding practices.
- Maximise housing occupancy while minimising voids and support residents in finding affordable move‑on accommodation.
- Encourage resident engagement in education, training and empowerment opportunities.
