Morgan Hunt currently requires a Housing Administrator for Housing Trust based in North London on a temporary basis. Pay Rate: £22.89ph. Hours: 35 hrs Mon to Fri, 9am‑5pm. Hybrid working available 3 days a week in office (Mon, Tues, Wed). Location: North London. Duration: 3 months on‑going contract.
Duties
- Sign Ups – Assist with sign-up processes and cover sign-up duties when necessary.
- Prepping and Booking – Prepare materials and manage bookings, re‑arranging bookings as needed.
- Information Management – Collate and organize information, maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for all sign-ups.
- Mail Merge and Purchase Orders – Assist with mail merge tasks and help manage purchase orders (POs).
- Co‑op In Box Monitoring – Check the co‑op inbox for repair requests and chase ongoing projects with surveyors and the voids team.
- Meeting Support – Attend evening meetings as needed, circulate meeting minutes and agendas.
- Leave Coverage – Provide coverage for annual leave, August and upcoming periods.
- Repairs and Call Backs – Assist with callbacks and raise repair requests.
- Data Management – Update and organize all data on the main tracker and create a list of all missing tenancies for the remaining co‑ops.
