We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Services Administrator to join a Tenancy Services team within a Housing Association, providing high-quality front-line support to residents and the wider community. This is an office-based role which is a temporary contract for a 3 month period and will start ASAP.

About the Role

You will play a key role in delivering responsive housing management services, ensuring excellent customer care, accurate record-keeping, and effective administrative support across tenancy services, allocations, repairs, rent collection, and tenancy sustainment. This is a varied front-line role involving direct contact with customers via telephone, email, and in person, as well as supporting wider team operations and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries across housing management services including allocations, voids, repairs, and tenancy sustainment.
  • Provide accurate advice, guidance, and support to residents and partner agencies.
  • Maintain and update both manual and digital records and systems.
  • Support housing processes including mutual exchange, rent monitoring, and tenancy compliance.
  • Assist with complaints handling through prompt and effective service resolution.
  • Carry out reception duties including welcoming visitors, managing diaries, mail, and health & safety checks.
  • Arrange and support house visits and viewings.
  • Assist with reporting, statistics, newsletters, and tenant communications.
  • Support tenancy sustainment and community initiatives.

  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
  • Have experience working within Social Housing.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
