Job Title: BA Hospitality & Management Lecturer

Responsibilities
- Teach across all levels (4-6 essential), with teaching at Level 3 and Level 7 considered desirable.
- Set and maintain educational and professional standards in teaching and curriculum development.
- Manage course responsibilities including lesson planning, assessment, and resource management.
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students, monitoring progress and maintaining records.
- Maintain strong links with related industries and professional bodies.
- Contribute to curriculum development and cross-disciplinary teaching strategies.
- Engage in research and professional practice to enhance pedagogic awareness.
Qualifications
- Masters degree and a UK-recognized teaching qualification are required.
- Fellowship (or higher) of the Higher Education Academy is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years UK Higher Education teaching experience.
- Demonstrable teaching record of innovation and success in the classroom across all levels.
- Experience in curriculum design and development.
- Strong industry connections to facilitate partnerships or collaborations.
