Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging teaching across Levels 4-6 in Hospitality Management & Leadership.
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning to support student achievement.
- Provide academic support and constructive feedback to students.
- Develop curriculum content using current hospitality industry practices.
- Contribute to quality assurance, programme development, and student recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Events Management, or a related subject.
- Experience teaching in UK Higher Education or within the hospitality industry.
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one) and strong subject knowledge.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and digital learning skills.
- Commitment to inclusive teaching, safeguarding, and continuous professional development.
