Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Social Care and Early Years Lecturer to join a well-established college in East Yorkshire on a 35 hours per week temporary contract.
Role Details
- Position: Health & Social Care and Early Years Lecturer

- Contract: 35 Hours per week (Temporary)
- Pay Rate: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective HSC and Early Years lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with awarding body requirements.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessments.
- Contribute to a positive learning environment that motivates and supports learners to achieve their potential.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience teaching HSC and Early Years
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent).
- A relevant degree or recognised qualification in related subject
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
