Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with leading Further Education colleges in London to recruit experienced Health & Social Care Lecturers on a temporary, ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to deliver high-quality Health & Social Care education and support learners in achieving their academic and career goals.
Location: London
Salary: up to £38 Per Hour (Negotiable)
Contract: Temporary / Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate or after notice period
Hours: Full-time / Part-time

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Health & Social Care lessons to Further Education students.
- Teach across relevant Health & Social Care programmes and qualification levels.
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
- Assess learner work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records.
- Support learners with different abilities and learning needs.
- Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement.
- Support learners with their academic, personal and professional development.
- Ensure safeguarding, equality, health and safety and college policies are followed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support positive learner outcomes.
About You
- Experience teaching Health & Social Care within Further Education or a similar setting.
- Strong subject knowledge across Health & Social Care.
- Experience delivering engaging lessons to FE learners.
- Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
- The ability to assess learner work and provide effective feedback.
- A genuine passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential.
- Relevant industry experience within Health & Social Care would be desirable.
- A relevant teaching qualification would be desirable.
