We are currently recruiting for an Early Years Lecturer to join a Birmingham-based college on a temporary ongoing basis while permanent recruitment takes place. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach and inspire learners across Levels 1-3 Early Years programmes.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and effective Early Years lessons across Levels 1-3
- Support learners to achieve their academic and career goals
- Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment materials
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Teaching experience within Further Education, Secondary Education, or Training
- Relevant Early Years qualification
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Passion for supporting and developing learners
