Morgan Hunt currently requires an Interim FM Transformation & Development Control Director for NHS Trust based in Surrey on a temporary basis.

Pay Rate: £78.05ph to £83.05ph Ltd.

Hours: 37.5 hrs Mon to Fri.

Location: Surrey - Remote working available.

Duration: 3 months ongoing contract.

Job Role Scope: Senior leadership role accountable for delivering Estates & Facilities (E&F) transformation and the Trust's Development Control Plan.

Scope: Oversees all Hard and Soft FM transformation programmes, aligning with Trust strategy and the New Hospital Programme while driving innovation, efficiency, and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead NHP Property and Facilities Management issues.
  • Deliver P&FM transformation programmes.
  • Oversee delivery of Development Control Plans associated with the NHP and the Trust Strategy.
  • Procure and manage professional services and supply chain partners to enable transformation.
  • Drive quality improvement, cultural change, and performance optimisation.
  • Work across systems (NHSE, ICB, stakeholders) to ensure integrated delivery.

Leadership: Deputises for Director of Estates & Facilities on NHP issues and oversees multidisciplinary delivery teams across internal staff and external partners.
