What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing academic support in your subject area
- Running small group interventions to help boost student attainment
- Supporting students with SEND to access the curriculum
- Assisting across a range of subjects when needed
- Helping to maintain a positive learning environment through effective behaviour strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in any subject (essential)
- A calm, proactive, and positive attitude
- Previous experience working with young people (desirable, not essential)
- A willingness to learn and a genuine interest in education
