The Senior PMO Manager will lead the development and maturation of the Programme Management Office (PMO) within the Directorate. The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective governance, assurance, planning and delivery support across a complex portfolio of regulatory, operational and transformation programmes. This includes designing, embedding and continually improving PMO standards, frameworks and processes to support consistent, high‑quality delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Build and mature the PMO to provide governance, planning, assurance, reporting and capability‑building across the portfolio.
- Provide insight and control to enable senior leaders to make informed decisions and support portfolio prioritisation.
