We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused
Repairs Planning Officer to join our Housing Services team.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring housing repairs are delivered efficiently by coordinating and scheduling work for our tradespeople.
You'll work closely with tenants, technical officers, stores, and operational teams to manage appointments, respond to changes, and help deliver an excellent repairs service.
What you'll do
- Schedule and coordinate responsive, planned and void property repairs.
- Manage appointments and reschedule works when priorities or resources change.
- Provide excellent customer service, keeping tenants informed throughout the repairs process.
- Monitor job progress, maintain accurate records and support performance reporting.
What we're looking for
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience within housing repairs/maintenance.
- Experience in scheduling, administration or coordinating workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills and confidence using scheduling or job management systems.
