Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI QA Tester to support the testing and validation of AI/ML systems within a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. This role will play a critical part in ensuring AI models are robust, ethical, compliant, and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive QA strategies for AI/ML systems, covering functional, integration, performance, and security testing
- Validate AI models using appropriate testing methodologies, performance metrics, and evaluation techniques
- Assess AI systems against governance frameworks and responsible AI principles, including bias detection and mitigation
- Perform data testing, including synthetic data generation, data quality assessment, and test data management
- Identify, document, and manage defects through the full defect lifecycle, including creation, review, assessment, confirmation testing, and closure or deferral
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure testing outcomes are clearly communicated and actioned
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in QA/testing of AI and ML systems
- Strong understanding of AI model validation, testing methodologies, and performance metrics
- In-depth knowledge of AI governance frameworks, responsible AI, and bias detection/mitigation techniques
- Expertise in building and executing end-to-end testing strategies for AI platforms
- Hands-on experience with data testing approaches, including synthetic data and data quality frameworks
- Strong documentation skills with a structured approach to defect lifecycle management
