The role

As a Floating Support Worker, you will provide vital support to clients across Greater Manchester. Working flexibly across different locations, you will help individuals facing challenges such as homelessness, mental health issues, substance misuse, and tenancy sustainment. You will work closely with clients to empower them, develop essential life skills, and ensure they have access to the right services to thrive.

Key responsibilities include:
