A leading housing association is looking for a Housing Assistant to join their Housing Management team on an initial 8-week contract. You will support the delivery of high-quality tenancy services, working closely with the Team Leader and Housing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer-focused support across allocations, repairs, rent and general enquiries
- Assist with supervising the team and ensuring strong service delivery
- Sign up new tenants and offer clear guidance on tenancy and welfare matters
- Handle complex enquiries and support complaint resolution
- Produce accurate performance and progress reports
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners
- Support service improvements and contribute to policy development
