Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer Full-time, 35 hours per week | Salary Β£41,788.54
Hybrid working arrangement - minimum 2 days per week in the office
Are you an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives in a busy environment? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support the CEO and help ensure the effective running of the CEO's office.
A significant part of this role will involve attending regular meetings, taking detailed and accurate minutes, tracking actions, and ensuring effective follow-up, so previous experience of extensive minute taking and managing busy meeting schedules is essential.
You will be confident engaging with senior managers, and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be able to use your initiative, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively with colleagues on key projects and events.
This is a temporary role for a minimum of 4 months.
