Morgan Hunt is looking for an Estates Operations Coordinator for a Housing Trust based in North West London on a temporary basis.
Pay rate: £26.06ph Ltd.
Hours: 35 hrs Mon to Fri – 9am to 5pm.
Hybrid working: 1 day a week depending on site needs and team requirements.
Location: North West London.
Duration: 6‑month ongoing contract.
Job Role: We are looking for someone who can provide a high level of customer service to a variety of people including diagnosing issues, providing advice, giving instructions and resolving basic or complex issues. You will act as an effective liaison between residents, estate management and property management teams, helping coordinate the day‑to‑day running of the estate alongside the Estate Operations Manager.
As the Estate Operations Coordinator you will carry out regular estate inspections to ensure safety, uphold and monitor cleaning standards, and ensure all risks are dealt with or reported promptly. Your responsibilities include arranging and monitoring contractor and maintenance visits, and helping with the effective organisation of compliance documentation.
You will work closely with the Estate Operations Manager, assisting in delivering outstanding estate services whilst working on the trust’s Placemaking principles.
