About the Role / Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation. on a fixed term contract until end of March 2027.
As an Estates Co-ordinator, you will provide essential operational support to the Estates Team.
Your role will involve assisting in the coordination and delivery of estates activities, minor works, and capital projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Estates minor works and capital projects.
- Assist in the coordination of project programmes and schedules.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure stakeholders are informed.
- Work closely with the Estates Operations Manager and other team members.
- Support financial administration and document management.
- Experienece Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in project coordination tasks.
- Experience in project coordination or administrative support. Familiarity with estates management processes is preferred.
Education Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification in project management is advantageous.
