The Role
As an MMC Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant teaching across a range of programmes within Construction and the Built Environment. You will introduce learners to the latest developments in off‑site manufacturing, sustainable construction, and digital technologies that are transforming the industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing students' technical knowledge, practical understanding, and employability skills, preparing them for careers in one of the fastest-growing areas of construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Modern Methods of Construction and related subjects.
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with awarding body requirements.
- Monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback and support.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment and achievement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and employers to ensure curriculum relevance and industry alignment.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
