Head of ALS - Permanent Position

This College is looking for a Head of Additional Learning Support (ALS) to join them at this exciting time .

The successful professional will lead the ALS department, ensuring compliance with educational standards and fostering a culture of excellence among a team of dedicated professionals.

Ideally we are looking for someone with a Supported Learning or SEND background within FE or HE

The Role

  • Oversee the Additional Learning Support department, ensuring adherence to educational standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals dedicated to student support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the learning experience for students requiring additional support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support services and make recommendations for improvement.
