Morgan Hunt UK Limited is partnered with a Further Education college in the Oxford area to appoint a Safeguarding & Inclusion Specialist this September. The role focuses on promoting learner wellbeing, supporting vulnerable students, and creating safe, inclusive learning environments.
You will manage safeguarding concerns, support wellbeing and attendance, work with safeguarding leads, liaise with parents and external agencies, and help remove barriers to learning while upholding inclusion.
