Morgan Hunt are working with a national Training Provider who are looking to appoint an experience Employability Manager to setup a brand new division in the Black Country. This role will involve the design, planning, creation and implementation for an Employability programme for post 16 SEN learners. This is a full time permanent post which is paying £35,000. The Employability Manager will be responsible for: Generating long lasting relationships with schools, colleges, employers and local authorities Recruiting a team of Tutors along with supporting staff Designing and creating the Employability programme Travelling to employer sites to oversee delivery Ensuring all delivery is in line with regulatory bodies such as Ofsted Overseeing the operational running of the programme including targets, budget and performance The Employability Manager will need to have: Experience in managing an Employability provision Track record of working within an SEN setting Knowledge of Ofsted and EIF Generated relationships with external partners to enhance delivery Experience in managing a team A full driving licence with access to cover the Black Country In return the Employability Manager will receive: An annual salary of £35,000 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays Pension contribution up to 5% Plus other benefits If you would like to work for a provider who focuses on the futures of SEN learners then please apply now.
