About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Electrical Apprenticeship Skills Coach to inspire and guide learners starting their careers. This role involves coaching apprentices from day one to full qualification, conducting on-site performance reviews, and building strong relationships with learners and employers while tracking their progress through digital e-portfolios.
What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
- A confident assessor/tutor who can engage and motivate diverse learners.
- Relevant industry NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or higher.
- A1/V1/CAVA Assessors Award (or equivalent).
- Excellent IT skills and a teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- IQA Award is desirable.
