  • Temporary Recruitment Administrator
  • Full Time (Monday - Friday) 35.5 hours
  • Immediate Start
  • Hourly rate £17 - £20 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across the recruitment function
  • Deliver 360 recruitment process including advertising vacancies
  • Maintain recruitment data & compliance and confidentiality
  • Respond to any recruitment enquiries and provide a professional, helpful service to managers and candidates
  • Produce reports and management information to support recruitment activity
  • Assist with agency and temporary staffing administration
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment campaigns

Required

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Previous experience in Recruitment/Talent Management is desirable
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
  • A confident communicator who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Resilient and able to work to deadlines
