Experience:

  • (ASD) Autistic Spectrum Disorder
  • (SLCN) Speech, language and Communication needs
  • (SEMH) Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties
  • (ADHD) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Support: Help students understand course materials, assignments, and practical tasks in classrooms or workshops.
  • SEND Implementation: Deliver tailored support in line with student Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Independence Building: Encourage students to manage their own learning, time, and social interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with tutors, lecturers, and the additional learning support team to track student progress.
