Experience:
- (ASD) Autistic Spectrum Disorder
- (SLCN) Speech, language and Communication needs
- (SEMH) Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties
- (ADHD) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Support: Help students understand course materials, assignments, and practical tasks in classrooms or workshops.
- SEND Implementation: Deliver tailored support in line with student Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Independence Building: Encourage students to manage their own learning, time, and social interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with tutors, lecturers, and the additional learning support team to track student progress.
