Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Audit Officer to deliver a clinical audit project from start to finish within a 5‐month period. The role involves data collection and entry, basic statistical analysis, and producing a high‐quality written report (20-30 pages) with tables and graphs. The post holder will also support related audit and quality improvement tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver a defined clinical audit project to deadline
  • Collect, review and accurately input clinical data
  • Undertake basic quantitative analysis and produce charts/tables
  • Write a clear, structured audit report with excellent written standards
  • Provide updates and support to the wider audit team
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in clinical audit, research or data‐driven project work
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
  • Ability to analyse data using basic statistics
  • Excellent report‐writing skills (spelling, grammar, structure)
  • Confident use of MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to work full time, office‐based, in Central London
