An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Technician in our Construction and Engineering area. Working closely with the management team, you will line manage technical staff to ensure the operation of a safe, compliant, professional and effective learning environment, which optimises learning opportunities for our students.
A key part of the role is ensuring that safe working practices are followed at all times by ensuring appropriate management of Health and Safety standards in line with statutory requirements.
Our successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline, and hold a relevant health and safety qualification. You should have experience of good workshop management and experience of leading a team to highly perform.
