The Role

  • Lead and manage Electrical courses across Levels 1-3
  • Support, mentor, and develop a team of lecturers
  • Plan, deliver, and continuously improve an engaging and industry-relevant curriculum
  • Monitor learner progress and drive achievement and retention rates
  • Work closely with industry partners to ensure courses meet current sector needs
  • Contribute to quality assurance, inspections, and curriculum planning

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • Experience teaching in Further Education or training environments

  • Passion for education and developing the next generation of electricians
