Are you an experienced Computing Lecturer? We are currently recruiting on behalf of London South East Colleges (LSEC) for a temporary Computing Lecturer to join a dedicated and supportive team delivering high-quality teaching to Further Education learners.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across FE Computing programmes.
  • Teach a range of computing subjects, which may include IT, Digital Technologies, Programming, Cyber Security, Networking, or related areas.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with awarding body requirements.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
  • Create a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages student success.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience teaching Computing within Further Education or a similar educational setting.
  • A relevant Computing qualification (degree or equivalent).
  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • A passion for helping learners develop the skills needed for further study and employment.
