Community Support Officer – LB Hammersmith & Fulham
We are working in partnership with a wonderful local Housing Association seeking a Community Support Officer to join their team who are dedicated to helping tenants live independently and feel part of their community.
The role:
- Supporting tenants to sustain independent living and well-being
- Acting as lead worker for tenants with complex needs
- Liaising with key agencies
- Be the first and key point of contact for tenants
