For Companies Morgan Hunt are working with an established Further Education College to help employ a Childcare Assessor. This is a full time position (37 hours per week) between Monday and Friday.
Responsibilities
- Visiting salons to conduct assessments
- Embedding Functional Skills
- Ensuring all documentation is complete to meet awarding body compliance
- Engaging with salon managers to promote the business and ensure future pipeline of learners
- Conducting quality assurance reviews with the IQA
The Childcare Assessor will need to have
- A Level 3 in Childcare (or a related subject).
- Childcare experience working up to managerial level.
- Teaching or assessing experience
- Assessor or Teaching qualification
- A minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to meet company needs
