Ad hoc shifts - as and when required
Shift Times
7:30am - 3:30pm
2:30pm - 10:30pm
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for supporting people experiencing homelessness
- Proactive and confident - someone who takes initiative
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems
- Resilient and comfortable working with medium to high support needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Respectful, non-judgemental and committed to treating clients with dignity
Experience
Previous experience in a homelessness hostel, supported accommodation, housing or a similar environment would be ideal, but it's not essential.
We're particularly interested in people with the right attitude, who are reliable, adaptable and genuinely proactive in their approach.
