Are you a Revenues and Benefits Systems Officer looking for work in Bristol or remotely from home? Morgan Hunt’s Public Sector and Government client based in Bristol is looking to recruit an interim Revenues and Benefits Systems Officer to support the implementation of the following NEC EDM modules: Data Integration Hub, Email Connect and Document Bundling. This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35 and will offer remote working after an on-site induction.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge for the IWorld/Northgate (NEC) Revenues and Benefits Processing System as well as the NEC EDM Enterprise (previously info@work) document management system.
- Demonstrate previous experience of leading on implementation of modules including planning and scoping of the work involved, liaising with business users, setting up back end parameters, and managing and undertaking testing.
- Demonstrate previous implementation of the Data Integration Hub, Email Connect and Document Bundling NEC EDM modules.
- Handle both front and back end system administration to ensure the Revenues and Benefits processing systems are operational and functional.
- Monitor system output and investigate as well as solve any discrepancies.
- Identify and rectify any faults that have arisen due to system error or user input.
- Assist staff with system requests, generating reports to management in the process.
- Assist staff with systems queries, resolving any problems or concerns they may have.
- Deliver systems training to new and existing members of staff across the Revenues and Benefits Department.
- Load and test software releases.
- Assist with year-end and annual billing processes.
