We are currently recruiting for experienced Support Workers, Project Workers, Recovery Workers, and Housing Support Workers to cover ad hoc shifts across a range of supported housing, homelessness, mental health, and substance misuse services in Bristol. Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing person-centred support to service users
  • Supporting clients with independent living skills and tenancy sustainment
  • Completing support plans, risk assessments, and case notes
  • Safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting wellbeing
  • Managing challenging behaviours and responding to incidents appropriately
  • Liaising with external agencies and support services
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring service compliance
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within supported housing, homelessness, mental health, substance misuse, or social care settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred) or willingness to obtain one
  • Flexibility to work various shifts at short notice
