Main Duties:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and assessment on a range of Bricklaying courses (Levels 1-3).
- A skilled Bricklayer with comprehensive and recent industry experience.
- Creating engaging course materials, schemes of work, and group profiles.
- Assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring progress.
- Developing and strengthening relationships with learners, offering support to ensure their success.
- Actively contributing to course development, promotion, and delivery.
- Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are meticulously followed.
- Assisting with internal verification duties and supporting student work experience placements.
- Participating in student recruitment activities, including interviews and open evenings.
