Job Title: Bricklaying Lecturer

Role Purpose: Deliver high-quality teaching and training in bricklaying, supporting learners to develop industry-standard skills, knowledge, and behaviours.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and assess practical and theory sessions in bricklaying.
  • Prepare learners for exams, assessments, and employment.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance in workshops.
  • Develop lesson plans and resources to meet curriculum needs.
  • Monitor progress, provide feedback, and support learner achievement.
  • Keep up to date with industry practices and standards.

Requirements

  • Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Bricklaying or equivalent.
  • Recent, relevant industry experience.
  • Teaching/assessing qualification (or willingness to work towards).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

Pay rate: £40 – £45 Per Hour
