Job Title: Bricklaying Lecturer
Role Purpose: Deliver high-quality teaching and training in bricklaying, supporting learners to develop industry-standard skills, knowledge, and behaviours.
Responsibilities
- Teach and assess practical and theory sessions in bricklaying.
- Prepare learners for exams, assessments, and employment.
- Ensure health & safety compliance in workshops.
- Develop lesson plans and resources to meet curriculum needs.
- Monitor progress, provide feedback, and support learner achievement.

Requirements
- Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Bricklaying or equivalent.
- Recent, relevant industry experience.
- Teaching/assessing qualification (or willingness to work towards).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
