About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Supported Housing Officer to deliver housing management and tailored support to residents. You'll play a key role in helping people sustain tenancies, build independence, and access opportunities in training, education, and employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residents and create person-centred support plans.
- Monitor rent accounts, intervening early to prevent arrears.
- Maximise occupancy through referrals, assessments, and move-ins.
