This is a great opportunity for an ER Specialist or an HR Generalist with extensive ER experience to join a leading education organisation based in Bradford.
Working alongside the Head of HR Services and the broader HR team, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of employee relations issues including:
- Managing complex employee relations cases in the Education or Public sector.
- Working with Trade Unions, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Having a DBS or being on the update service.
