Morgan Hunt UK Limited in Bournemouth is seeking a Hostel Worker to support residents experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges. You will deliver person-centred support, help residents set goals, and work as part of a committed team to promote recovery, independence and wellbeing in our supported housing projects.
You will lead client support, coordinate hostel operations across shifts, liaise with external agencies and complete admin tasks in line with policies and legal requirements.
