We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance contract covering properties across the Bolton area. This is a temporary position with ongoing work available for the right candidate.
The successful Plumber will be responsible for completing a range of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across both occupied and void social housing properties.
Your New Role
As a Plumber, your responsibilities will include:
- Completing responsive plumbing repairs and general maintenance.
- Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers.
- Identifying and resolving plumbing issues and faults.
- Working on both hot and cold-water systems.
- Carrying out plumbing installations within kitchens and bathrooms.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within required target timescales.
- Working within occupied and void domestic properties.
- Providing a professional and high level of customer service when dealing with tenants.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- NVQ Level 2 or an equivalent qualification in Plumbing.
- Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
