About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Lecturer in Business Management to join our Higher Education provision on a full-time interim basis. This position is available for an immediate start and will provide key teaching and leadership cover while a permanent appointment is made.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across Business Management modules
- Take on Course Leader responsibilities, overseeing curriculum delivery and academic standards
- Lead course development, enhancement, and quality assurance processes
- Provide academic support, guidance, and mentoring to students
- Design, assess, and moderate coursework and examinations
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a dynamic and industry-relevant curriculum
- Support student recruitment, retention, and progression initiatives
Essential Requirements
- A Master's degree in Business Management or a closely related discipline
- Strong subject knowledge in Business Management
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage programmes and support student success
Highly Desirable
- Previous teaching experience within Higher Education
- Experience as a Course Leader or in programme management
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCertHE or equivalent)
