About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Lecturer in Business Management to join our Higher Education provision on a full-time interim basis. This position is available for an immediate start and will provide key teaching and leadership cover while a permanent appointment is made.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across Business Management modules
  • Take on Course Leader responsibilities, overseeing curriculum delivery and academic standards
  • Lead course development, enhancement, and quality assurance processes
  • Provide academic support, guidance, and mentoring to students
  • Design, assess, and moderate coursework and examinations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a dynamic and industry-relevant curriculum
  • Support student recruitment, retention, and progression initiatives

Essential Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Business Management or a closely related discipline
  • Strong subject knowledge in Business Management
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage programmes and support student success

Highly Desirable

  • Previous teaching experience within Higher Education
  • Experience as a Course Leader or in programme management
  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCertHE or equivalent)
