We are currently looking for a Senior HR Administrator to join our team at Birmingham B44 8NE. The role requires significant experience with the Itrent system and a strong background in HR administration.

Role Details

  • Location: Birmingham B44 8NE (with occasional travel to other sites as needed)
  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
  • Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week), with flexibility for candidates with strong experience
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Temporary / Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), with the possibility of Permanent
  • Salary: £20ph or up to £35k per year (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in the transition to the new Itrent People System
  • HR administration, including managing employee records, processes, and systems support
