About the Role / Job Summary: A dedicated apprenticeship provider is on a mission to bring diverse young talent into roles that were previously unavailable. We are seeking a Residential Childcare Tutor/Coach to deliver apprenticeship programs and provide End-Point Assessment (EPA) support. The role involves managing a caseload of up to 45 learners, primarily aged 19 and above, and requires travel to children's homes and residential childcare settings across the Midlands and North of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver apprenticeship training and EPA support.
- Manage a caseload of up to 45 learners.
- Work within children's homes and residential childcare settings.
- Facilitate learner assessments and provide ongoing support.
- Travel nationally as required; access to a car is desirable.
Qualifications:
- Level 4 qualification in Early Intervention or equivalent.
- Level 5 qualification in Children, Young People & Families Management is desirable.
Education Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or education.
- Teaching qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience Requirements:
- Essential experience in the residential childcare industry.
